Paramo Lifetime Guarantee

Paramo Guarantee that...

Any manufacturing fault will be rectified free of charge indefinitely. Damage to the garment by accident or normal 'wear and tear' can be repaired by Paramo at a reasonable cost. (See Repair & Alteration Chart Below)

The performance of garments using Nikwax Fabrics and Fabric Combinations can be maintained indefinitely by applying Nikwax Garment Care products according to the manufacturers instructions.

The weather protection sysytems employed by Paramo maintained correctly. will out perform membrane and coating based waterproof systems.

Any modifications made to the garment by anyone other than Paramo Customer Services will invalidate this guarantee.

This guarantee is limited to the repair of the garment and excludes consequential loss or damages.

Customer Repairs and Alterations

Should a garment become damaged or a modification is required, Paramo's After Sales Service provides a full compliment of repairs and alterations, from patching to a complete sleeve replacement. Repairs and Alteration charges including VAT and carriage:

C-N-Do Scotland Returns Policy:

CNDo Scotland Ltd will accept returns of any piece of Paramo clothing sold by them as long as the garment has not

1. Been worn outside.
2. Had the tags removed.

Postage Costs:

UK - Free of charge

Non UK - Postage will be charged at cost and, on receipt of your order this will be notified to you.  Non-UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for or Swiftair registered.

Orders are despatched from available stock on receipt of order. If your choice of garment is not available, you will be informed of expected delivery period and offered the option of withdrawing the order.

Normal delivery time - 7-28 days.
