Delivery and Returns
UK Delivery
Items are dispatched free of charge within the UK.
Items in stock will normally be despatched within 2 working days of receiving the order but please allow up to 2 weeks at busy times. If items are not in stock you will be contacted by email and advised of delivery time.
Delivery is normally next day by APC Overnight courier to mainland addresses and Royal Mail Special Delivery to UK islands. Items under £50 are usually despatched by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
A signature will be required for all deliveries. We regret we cannot deliver items to be left without a signature. We are happy to deliver to your work or alternative address if requested.
Overseas delivery
Overseas deliveries will be added post purchase and be at cost. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the additional information, costs and timescales. Oerseas deliveries can normally be made by Royal Mail International Signed for or Airsure and will be delivered by your local postal service.
RETURNS
If some reason, you find the clothing does not fit or is the wrong colour, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.
If you are returning a garment to us it should be:
- Clean & in perfect condition
- Should not have been used
- Should still have all the tags attached
- Should still be in it's original packaging (if appropriate)
Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the garment and include a covering note detailing the following;
- The reason for the return
- Wrong colour/Size
- Faulty Garment - Specifing the fault
- Other - Specifying Reason
- What action you would like us to take
- Exchange - Specifying Replacement Garment, Size and Colour
- Refund
We strongly recommend that you use special delivery (or recorded delivery for items under £30) to provide tracking and compensation in the event of loss/damage in transit. Replacement items will be sent to the address on your enclosed receipt unless you tell us otherwise. It would also be useful to have a telephone number or email address for you in case of any delay in processing your return.
Please note that direct exchanges of sale garments may not be possible. Contact us to check your options.
Exchanges of non-faulty goods should include a cheque to cover additional postage.
£2.50 for items of £50 or less.
£5.30 for items over £50 in value.
Cheques should be made payable to C-N-Do Scotland Ltd.
